hrive and Alive, Inc. believes that a healthy woman’s needs are met holistically (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual).
Thrive & Alive Inc provides free information, referrals, education and resources to women of all ages in an effort to empower them to become self sufficient.
Thrive & Alive Inc. wants women to feel SAFE and to live healthy lives. We know that women feel safe when they are able to receive confidential help, without judgement.
We have a special focus on supporting marginalized groups of women (i.e. women of color, seniors, foster youth, incarcerated or recently released, battered/abused, LGBTQ and impoverished) to name a few.

Our ultimate goal is to empower women with the necessary tools to live free and healthy lives, and in turn share those tools with other woman. Our model of “each one, teach one” will liberate women to make a positive impact, not only in their families, but ultimately in the world.
